My wife, three adult children and I visited the Finger Lakes region of New York this past week. Our travel required round trip transport between the Rochester Airport and our VRBO in Keuka Park. I checked with three different limousine companies. This service was the lowest price and they returned my call quickly. Our flight that took us to Rochester arrived after midnight. Our driver, Michael, was waiting for us and drove us one and one half hours from the Rochester airport to our VRBO In driving rain. We had traveled for many hours and he allowed us to rest. We returned to the Rochester airport one week later and Michael was our driver again. He was punctual and professional. He kept in contact just the right amount before both trips. I highly recommend this service.

I booked with this company to pick up a guest coming from out of town on business. The process for setting up the request was incredibly easy, professional, and personable. Getting the payment set up was also smooth. But here's where the full 5 stars is from: the day of, I realized a mistake I'd made reading the flight itinerary. I called to see if I could adjust it, and not only were they able to accommodate the request but went above and beyond to let me know it was taken care of- sending me text updates and information so I could have peace of mind. They even offered the guest to stop somewhere for food since my mistake also meant a mess up in meal timing. I can't imagine another company taking such care with the situation, and being so great about it. If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and reliable service - BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I would highly recommend this company. Michael was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had originally booked a wine tour with another company. That company unexpectedly cancelled on me 3 days before my trip. In calling around to find another company we found Executive Transportation. Michael had a cancellation the same day as our trip, when I explained what happened he scheduled us right away. He called me to confirm and make sure we were on the same page. He arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up, the car was very clean, he allowed us to play whatever music we wanted and was just overall wonderful throughout the entire day. I'd highly recommend this company. I was in New York recently and used their service. I left my earphones in the car that took us to the airport. By time I got home, I had a call from Michael (owner?) asking me if I was missing something. After identifying the item, Michael offered to send them to me in California free of charge. It was enough to have found my earphones but to have Michael call to tell me I'd left them and to return them to me quickly was above and beyond for me.
